Kivra is an easy-to-use digital mailbox and mobile archive for consumers, designed to simplify everyday tasks. With Kivra, you can automatically receive, pay and archive invoices and other documents from all companies using the service. Kivra makes it easy to pay invoices directly from your bank account, and invoices are automatically archived in a folder bearing the relevant company’s name.
In addition to documents you receive, you can easily archive your own documents, such as warranty receipts or contracts. Kivra is free to use.
You can use Kivra by downloading the free app from your phone’s app store or registering for the web version at kivra.fi.
How to start using Kivra:

- Register using your online banking credentials or mobile certificate
- You’re all set! Your next invoice will arrive digitally in Kivra

The draw will take place on 11 January 2021. Winners will be notified personally by phone or email. Both new and existing customers whose billing details show Kivra as their electronic invoicing channel on 31 December 2020 will automatically be entered.
Prize draw rules:
The draw is organised by Suomen Kaasuenergia. Campaign period: 1 November–31 December 2020. The draw will take place on 11 January 2021 among all Suomen Kaasuenergia customers who have Kivra recorded as their invoicing channel in Suomen Kaasuenergia’s billing system on 31 December 2020. Winners will be notified personally by phone or email. If we cannot reach a winner within 14 days, a new winner will be drawn. The prizes are three €100 gift cards for the Finnish Design Shop online store. Gift cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. The organiser reserves the right to amend the rules. Any changes will be announced on the web pages relating to the draw. The organiser may also correct or amend the rules during the entry period to rectify printing or other errors. The organiser will resolve any uncertainties concerning the application or interpretation of the rules. The organiser is responsible for paying lottery tax.
