Auris Energia Oy has acquired Haminan Kaasuverkko Oy, part of the Haminan Energia Group, in a share transaction completed on 1 February. On the same day, Auris also acquired the group’s gas sales business serving price-list customers through a business transfer.
Auris Energy is Finland’s largest gas distribution and retail company. The group has more than 1,000 kilometres of gas distribution network and over 25,000 gas customers.
Haminan Energia will provide customer service and billing for transferring customers until May
Gas distribution and sales in the Hamina area continue as normal.
Haminan Energia will provide customer service and billing for customers transferring to Auris Energy until 30 April, so customer service contact details remain unchanged for now.
Customer service and billing will transfer to Auris Energy from 1 May 2023. Auris will send all transferring customers a separate information package, but customers do not need to take any action.
