Auris Kaasunjakelu Oy and sister companies Suomen Kaasuenergia Oy and Auris Energiaratkaisut Oy have agreed on customer service cooperation with Elenia Palvelut Oy. Elenia Palvelut will provide customer service and related processes for the Auris Group’s businesses. Auris Kaasunjakelu owns and operates gas distribution networks in 13 locations in southern Finland and has around 30,000 customers.
The cooperation covers customer service, billing and receivables management for natural gas sales and distribution and heating operations. The multichannel service includes phone, email and online services. Elenia will begin providing customer service for Auris Kaasunjakelu at the beginning of February 2018.
For now, customers’ services and contact channels remain unchanged, with customer service reachable through the familiar phone numbers and website. Any changes will be announced separately early in 2018.
