Auris Energiaratkaisut (AER) is looking for a
PROJECT MANAGER
To take responsibility for the successful delivery of our projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading multi-party delivery projects and taking responsibility for schedules, budgets and customer satisfaction
- Planning project delivery with our partners
- Contributing to the design and sale of customer solutions as part of our AER team
What we are looking for:
We require several years of experience in delivering projects and managing contractor networks, preferably in the energy sector. You should also have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or other suitable technical qualifications. Experience working with heat pumps or other energy solutions is an advantage.
Above all, we hope you have a bold, open and service-minded attitude and are a true team player. You show initiative and are ready to work independently and take responsibility. We also expect a willingness to develop our operations and an ability to work systematically with a long-term approach.
About the role:
The role does not currently include line management responsibilities. However, we hope you will be willing to take on a management role in the future.
The Project Manager position is permanent and full-time.
You can be based in Espoo, Kotka or any other Suomen Kaasuenergia Group location.
