I am responsible for restaurant, consumer, housing company and small business customers. I also manage communication between customer service and the sales team.

My background, and therefore my strengths, lie largely in customer service and energy advice. I believe there are no silly questions when it comes to energy concerns in your home or business, so please feel free to get in touch, however small your question may seem.

My hobbies include boating and fishing.
Where are energy markets heading?
In the gas market, prices have fallen to a reasonable level. Gas supply arrangements have been developed so that we can continue to source gas from Western producers.
What are customers particularly interested in at the moment?
Price movements on European gas exchanges, and especially energy efficiency and saving energy.
What will become more important in the future?
Clean fuels, such as biogas, and different hybrid systems will become particularly important.
