The Energy Authority’s approved general terms for gas distribution networks have been updated to reflect the operating practices of the gas market that opened at the start of the year. These include connection and network service terms and the general terms for retail gas sales.
Suomen Kaasuenergia applies the general terms exactly as approved by the Energy Authority to both new and existing agreements. Customers do not need to take any action.
