But what is GRESB?
GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) is an international organisation that conducts rigorous, data-driven assessments of environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Its annual assessments measure how successfully companies integrate sustainability into their operations. GRESB has established itself as a leading way to assess sustainability work in these sectors.
