We have acquired Lahti Energia’s steam process plant business in Lahti, including its biogas plant. The plant uses biogas to produce steam for an industrial customer’s processes.
Auris will provide the steam energy the customer needs as a service and develop the plant’s operations, including by optimising steam production according to market conditions. Auris will also increase the biogas plant’s production capacity.
The acquisition supports Auris’s strategy of delivering sustainable energy services to Finnish industry and increasing biogas production.
The transaction has no impact on personnel, and the parties will not disclose the purchase price.
