Industrial energy recovery

Improving industrial energy efficiency

The war in Ukraine has led to a significant rise in energy prices in Europe, prompting businesses to reconsider their energy solutions. Energy costs should be minimised as effectively as possible, with energy use continuously optimised in response to changing prices.

Auris Energy provides independent advice on improving energy efficiency while helping businesses operate with the cleanest possible energy – flexibly and reliably.

The process

Energy savings in industrial processes involve not only heating but also optimising production methods and recovering energy. Heat from production can, for example, be used to heat water for space heating. Waste heat should be recovered as efficiently as possible.

Identifying the cleanest energy solution

As a technology-neutral provider independent of any single energy source, we tailor our solutions to each customer’s situation and needs. We use technologies including heat pumps, energy recovery, biogas and QHeat’s distinctive medium-depth geothermal solution.

Providing energy as a service

We make all the necessary equipment investments and provide the resulting energy as a service. Our turnkey solutions include monitoring, maintaining and repairing the energy system.

Improving energy efficiency

We help our customers improve energy and cost efficiency and reduce energy-related emissions. For a typical Energy Services customer, we promise a 50% reduction in CO2 emissions and purchased energy during the first year of cooperation.

Auris Energy as your energy partner

We offer each business the best way to reduce emissions and improve energy efficiency. We identify, deliver and optimise solutions independently of any particular technology or energy source, and make the necessary investments.

Auris Energy’s energy recovery solutions are not tied to a particular technology: we always seek the most suitable overall solution for each site. First, we identify the source of surplus heat, such as exhaust steam, wastewater or process gases. We then analyse potential uses and technologies for recovering that waste or surplus heat.

Our energy efficiency services include:

  • An initial energy-use assessment
  • Investment in heating systems and equipment
  • Energy efficiency optimisation
  • Optimisation of purchased energy volumes
  • Monitoring heating systems and heat production
  • Operation, upkeep and servicing of heating systems
