Auris Energy supplies fuel and energy as a service in Finland. The company has just secured more than €100 million in financing for investments in industrial electrification and the development of sustainable energy infrastructure in Finland.
The financing will accelerate the rapid growth of Auris’s energy-as-a-service business, helping Finnish companies electrify their energy production and reduce their carbon dioxide emissions. It also supports Auris’s ambition to expand renewable gas production and energy infrastructure projects that support the deployment of renewable energy. In addition, it enables investment in new technologies that help Finland achieve its carbon neutrality goals.
“This financing allows us to accelerate the deployment of new energy solutions and meet our customers’ needs for cost-effective emissions reductions,” CEO Anni Sarvaranta explains, highlighting the importance of the financing to Auris Energy’s strategy.

Supporting Finland’s energy transition
Auris’s new financing is backed by an international consortium comprising Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (SEB), KfW IPEX-Bank and Hamburg Commercial Bank (HCOB).
Auris Energy is wholly owned by an abrdn infrastructure fund, which has a long history of supporting European sustainability and infrastructure projects.
