Tell us about your background and expertise
I am keen to develop my skills and understand how processes work. I have strong interpersonal skills and can identify practical actions and customer needs. I also have a solid understanding of the sector and am eager to learn more.
What would you like to tell us about yourself?
I particularly enjoy spending time at our cottage and getting close to nature, away from the bustle of the city. I also play ice hockey from time to time and enjoy repairing all kinds of machines and equipment.
Where are energy markets heading?
Green alternatives are carrying more weight than before. This is reflected, for example, in a greater willingness to invest in green solutions. Hydrogen and its future have also been prominent topics: how new technologies will develop, what applications hydrogen will have in the future and how hydrogen and electrification relate to each other.
What are customers particularly interested in at the moment?
Customers are currently particularly interested in energy prices and cost savings. Electric boilers are also very popular at the moment.
What will become more important in the future, and what should we take into account?
A key question will be whether to carry out work through subcontractors or recruit an in-house team: whether to outsource solutions or retain expertise within the company.
