Gas sales price list under the Tempo tariff from 1 April 2026
Prices are based on the gross calorific value of natural gas.
The total price of natural gas consists of the energy sales price and the transmission and distribution price.
Tempo – energy sales

In addition to the consumption charge, Gasgrid Finland Oy’s wholesale transmission capacity charge of €7.69/MWh applies.
The natural gas energy price (consumption charge) is adjusted monthly using the AK index coefficient. The AK index is based on futures prices fixed in advance on the Dutch TTF gas exchange. The price of each month’s estimated sales volume is hedged during the three months before delivery.
The AK index value is published one month before the delivery month in Auris Kaasuenergia’s Auris Energia Flow online service.
Applicable taxes and statutory levies are added to sales prices:
- The compulsory storage charge, excluding VAT, is €3.31/MWh (applies to heating use).
- The additional compulsory storage charge, excluding VAT, is €0.35/MWh (applies to all).
- Neither the compulsory storage charge nor the additional compulsory storage charge applies to biogas under the Tempo product.
- VAT 25.5%
TempoTTF – market-based pricing
The natural gas energy price is linked to market prices on the Dutch TTF gas exchange (TTF Front Month). The market price changes monthly.
We particularly recommend this for customers whose gas use is reasonably consistent throughout the year, for example those using gas in industrial processes as well as heating. If you are interested in monthly TTF-based pricing, please contact our sales team.
The TTF product price is made up as follows:

In addition to the consumption charge, a wholesale transmission capacity charge applies, determined by the customer’s consumption profile.

Gas pricing is based on Auris Kaasuenergia Oy’s pricing, and capacity charges are based on Gasgrid Finland Oy’s pricing. If wholesale transmission tariffs, related terms, legislation or natural gas market authority regulations change, the seller is entitled to adjust prices accordingly.

Auris Kaasuenergia Oy is responsible for gas sales and Auris Kaasunjakelu Oy for gas distribution to the customer. The customer receives a single invoice from Auris Kaasunjakelu covering both gas distribution and sales.

Fixed distribution charges are based on the customer’s contracted capacity, which is determined by their capacity requirements.
Fixed charges are calculated as follows: fixed charge (€/month) + contracted capacity (kW) * capacity charge (€/kW/month).
For example, with a contracted capacity of 200 kW, the total monthly fixed charges are: €28.47/month + (200 kW * €2.85/kW/month) = €598.47.
Taxes and statutory levies
Applicable taxes and statutory levies are added to prices. From 1 April 2026, taxes on natural gas transmission, excluding VAT, are €21.077/MWh on a gross calorific value basis. For biogas, these taxes are €1.172/MWh on a gross calorific value basis from 1 April 2026.
If legislation or natural gas market authority regulations change, the seller is entitled to adjust prices accordingly.
