A request to reconnect a supply point made before noon on a working day will be completed by the end of the next working day at the charge stated in the service price list. Urgent same-day reconnection or reconnection outside working hours is billed at actual cost. In both cases, the person carrying out the reconnection must have access to inspect the connections of gas pipes and gas appliances inside the property.
