Fixed price contract (Kotiliesi kiinteä)
The stove usage contract we offer to consumers is a gas contract with a fixed fee without a separate consumption fee. A fixed-price contract does not require a gas meter in the apartment, as its payments do not depend on the amount of gas consumed.
We do not make longer apartment-specific fixed-price contracts for apartments whose property will have a new gas connection. In such cases, the housing company’s invoicing is property-specific and based on the combined measurement of gas consumption. In this case, the Kotikokki 2 price list is followed.

Auris Kaasuenergia Oy is responsible for gas sales and Auris Kaasunjakelu Oy for gas distribution to the customer. The customer receives one invoice from Auris Kaasunjakelu Oy, which includes the charges for both the gas distribution transfer and gas sales. If Gasgrid Finland Oy changes its own pricing in relation to the capacity fees included in your fixed fee, Auris Group has the right to change its pricing accordingly.
